Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

If for some reason you need to cancel your booking we will work with you to find the best possible solution. Cancellations and refunds for bookings made for our partner products are subject to policies laid out by our partners.

    We have more flexibility and options with bookings for our own Salad Bowl Travel & Tours products.

      At the time of booking, all booking terms and conditions will be confirmed to you. If you need any clarification or seek further information please do not hesitate to ask.

      Refunds

      Once approved for refunds we will work with you to transfer your money back into your card or bank. We have to work with our bank to process refunds and sometimes its not the most easiest or straight forward process. Refunds might incur administrative fees which should not be more then 20% of the total amount paid.

      Exchanges

      If you decide that the tour you had booked no longer suits you, we will be happy to work with you to book you on any of the other tours we offer.
